General Terms

4. Anti-Money Laundering

Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be suspended immediately, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities. Bonus & Promotions Policy

1. Wagering Requirements

1. Lawful Use Only

5. Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure
bt baje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. The following provisions govern the circumstances and process for account suspension and closure.
1. Grounds for Suspension or Closure by bt baje
bt baje may suspend or close a player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information; evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or use of prohibited betting software; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime; underage gambling; account inactivity as defined below; or receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player against a valid bt baje transaction.
2. Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bt baje will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity-related restrictions. An inactivity administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the Cashier section of the platform. 3. Voluntary Account Closure
